Choosing between the DuraMax 32001 and 32003 Garden Glass Rooms depends on your furniture, the available yard space, and how you want to use the room.
The 32001 is approximately 126⅜ inches long, 122½ inches wide and 94¾ inches high outside, with about 95.6 square feet of interior floor area. It offers a single tempered-glass entry door and works as a starting point for a small office, hobby room, or personal retreat.
The 32003 is approximately 162⅜ inches long, 122½ inches wide and 94¾ inches high outside. Its double glass doors and longer footprint provide more flexibility for a desk plus seating, exercise equipment, or larger project tables.
Both models use insulated steel walls and roof panels, tempered glass, and an included steel foundation frame. Finished flooring, site preparation, electrical work, heating or cooling, and installation labor are separate considerations. Check local rules for permitted uses and placement.
Sketch the desk, chairs and storage to scale, allow for door swing and comfortable movement, and verify your site's setbacks and delivery access.
