The products we sell

We only buy from premier manufacturers and larger distributors who ship the products you order directly from their respective locations. Because we use this "Direct Ship" process it means that our inventory handling and transportation costs are lower and we can usually present to you products at lower prices.

Pricing our products

Our Everyday prices are very competitive in most categories but if you find an exact online product at one of our ONLINE competitors and can provide verifiable information we will beat or match that price. It must not be a promotional price or a clearance offer and the total must include the shipping and handling price.

Large Item Delivery

Large items such as storage sheds storage buildings are too heavy or large to ship via package carriers like UPS, FedEx, or US mail, and will be shipped via contracted LTL motor freight carriers. These companies provide tailgate delivery. Upon delivery the driver is only required to take products to the curb, your driveway or entrance of delivery address. The carrier is not responsible for bringing merchandise into your home, uncrating, installing or removing packing materials. Truck freight is different than standard UPS, FedEx or US Mail in that you will be responsible for carrying the product from the back of the truck into your house (or wherever its going). If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help.  These shipping carriers will usually call you to schedule delivery when you can be present to receive it, but they are not required to do so.

Please check the estimated delivery date on your tracking information. If no one will be home around that date, call the carrier and discuss with them whether they can delay the delivery by a day or two or to make some other arrangement. Many carriers will accommodate, but for longer delays you will incur storage charges, which you will be responsible to pay. If the driver attempts to make a delivery during an agreed upon appointment window and you are not there to accept delivery, they may drop off the shipment, or you may be subject to re-delivery charges for every attempted delivery thereafter. If for whatever reason you cannot be reached after a failed delivery attempt, storage charges will incur and you will be responsible for the storage charges.

If you have any special shipping requirements, for example gate codes, areas where a semi-truck may have an issue delivering the shipment to your property, an alternate dropoff point such as a freight-truck-accessible road pullout adjacent to your property, or if you want to pick up your shipment yourself or schedule your own ‘hot shot’ driver to pick it up at the carrier’s local freight terminal, be sure to call and discuss these with the shipping carrier as soon as you can.

Curbside with Free Lift Gate Service

With lift gate service, the freight truck will pull up to the curb at the residence, and the truck driver will lower and unload the shipment to the residence curbside. The carrier is NOT responsible for bringing merchandise into your home, garage, or yard, uncrating it, installing it, or removing packing materials.

Address Changes, Undeliverable Shipments, Remote Areas, Fragile Bridges, etc.

Accessibility is not responsible for any restrictions or hinderances in product delivery due to geographic location, inaccessible roads (including, but not limited to, dirt, gravel, mud, dead ends, single lanes, low hanging wires, low clearances, etc.), natural disasters, road closures, local covenants, neighborhood association laws, or any other restrictions that would prevent the delivery of your shipment. Any and all delivery restrictions that would prevent a large truck from accessing or delivering to the curb of your property or build site must be explicitly disclosed prior to placing your order. is not responsible for any shipping costs incurred for undeliverable merchandise due to delivery inaccessibility, for any reason. Any incurred shipping or delivery costs as a result of these aforementioned accessibility or delivery obstacles will be deducted from the customer’s refund for the product(s).

The customer is solely responsible for any additional costs incurred for special delivery and handling as a result of delivery to an area that requires special equipment or additional processing. Delivery to remote locations, or locations with roads, bridges, or ferries that cannot support the weight of a large truck are not serviced by our LTL carriers, thus delivery is not guaranteed.

If a change of address is requested after the order has already shipped, the carrier will charge a reconsignment fee for this service. All reconsignment service fees will be the sole financial responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Merchandise

Shipping Damage

IMPORTANT: You MUST inspect both your PACKAGE AND the CONTENTS of the package immediately upon delivery. Any and all visible or concealed shipping damages must be immediately reported to customer service, within 48 hours or delivery. After this 48-hour window, all rights to make any claims in respect to shipping damages are waived.  Any replacement parts, shipping costs, or associated costs for damaged items unreported in the 48-hour inspection window are the sole responsibility of the customer. Damages, as a result of shipping, are not covered under the product warranty. Follow all protocols on the product’s assembly manual and/or stickers on the package to properly submit shipping damage claims. Duramax has the right to waive claims if the procedures on assembly manuals, stickers, or other specifications in this section are not properly followed.

Any damages to the package or contents of the package must be well documented. You must take clear photos of the damage, including the entire box and the product. Should you notice damage to the package at the time of delivery, make note of the damage on the receipt when signing for the package, or refusing delivery. The delivery courier must also sign this documentation, acknowledging the damage. If your package or item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos of the damage and supporting documentation to

If there is significant damage to the box, such as holes, dents, impacts, open seams, or if the box has been heavily re-taped or otherwise tampered with, please refuse delivery unless specifically instructed otherwise by Duramax. If the box, pallet, or package was left unattended at the time of delivery, call us immediately at (877) 658-6569. 

In the event there is visible damage to the box at the time of delivery,  including minor damage, ask the driver to wait and open the box and inspect its contents. Upon inspection, if there are multiple damaged, missing, or loose parts due to internal container breakage, or any large, damaged part(s) - please refuse the delivery. Note the inspected damage on the receipt as your reason for delivery refusal.

If there is no damage to the contents, or if there are only 1 or 2 small damaged parts, you have discretion to accept or refuse the delivery. In any event, sign the delivery receipt as damaged if you notice there is a dent, rip, or other damage to the box.

Full inspection of the package - interior and exterior - and the entire contents of the package must be fully inspected within 48 hours of delivery.  Photo proof must be sent within this 48-hour inspection window in order to qualify for the receipt of free replacement parts. Failure to report the damage and send the required documentation within this 48-hour period will result in incurred costs to the customer including the cost of replacement parts and associated shipping fees.

Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to ship our products quickly. To avoid any incurred costs to the consumer, it is advised you are certain about your purchase before placing an order. If you wish to cancel an order, all cancellations must be initiated within 24 hours of placing the order, or before item is shipped, whichever is first, in order to qualify for a full refund. Failure to cancel within 24 hours of ordering or before the item is shipped, whichever is first, will result in cancellation fees and/or inability to cancel the order.

Delivery refusal will result in a refund of the product price, less restocking fees (25% of price of the purchased item), less any inbound and outbound freight fees. Deliveries may only be refused as a result of damage to the product. The customer is responsible for any and all redelivery fees as a result of refused deliveries. Once an order has left the warehouse for shipment, all costs incurred by to facilitate the order, including inbound and outbound shipping costs as well as any warehouse restocking fees, will be deducted from the customer refund for all cancellations.

Return Policy

As a company, we strive to achieve full customer satisfaction with every online order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may submit a return, provided it complies with this section. Any unused, re-sellable merchandise, in its original condition and original boxes/packages, may be returned for a refund within 30 calendar days of the order date. Return claims beyond the 30-day window will not be accepted. Returned items must arrive to the manufacturer in their original box and pallet on which they were delivered, with all manuals and other paperwork included by the manufacturer. The item must be unused and unopened. Once received by the manufacturer, the manufacturer will fully inspect the package and its contents. Upon inspection, if the product is deemed to have been previously built by the customer or damaged in any way, at the discretion of the manufacturer, a refund will not be issued. If the product is found to be in a satisfactory, unused, and undamaged condition at the time of the return, a refund in the amount of the purchase price less restocking fees (25% of the price of the purchased item) will be credited to the customer.

 Any costs associated with shipping the item back to the manufacturer are the sole and entire responsibility of the customer. Inbound and outbound shipping costs will not be refunded once the merchandise has shipped. Orders that received discounted or free shipping will be charged for initial shipping costs, as well as returning shipping cost.

Hiring any third party builders or shippers outside of our terms will be the sole responsibility of the customer. There will be no compensation for their fees, lost parts, claims or damages caused therein for any reason.

To initiate a return you must obtain a return authorization first. Please use the contact us form to send us all your order information and reason for return. All returns are handled via email to ensure proper communication and documentation. We will process your request and email you return instructions within 24 hrs. A $25 fee will be accessed, for any erroneous challenge to a legitimate credit card charge, which results in a charge back fee to us. Please work directly with us to avoid unnecessary charge back fees.

NOTE: Please make sure you have obtained any necessary permits prior to ordering. If the customer is required to obtain a permit for their area to use any of our outdoor products the customer is responsible for obtaining this permit prior to making their purchase. will not be responsible for any permitting not approved. Check your local subdivision or living area rules and regulations prior to making your purchase. If the customer is not able to obtain a permit or not allowed to construct their structure in their area for any reason after ordering they will be responsible for inbound and outbound shipping freight charges as well as any restocking fees.

Replacement Parts
In the rare event that during assembly you find there is a part which is missing, defective or damaged we have you covered! We will provide you with a replacement part at no additional cost. Pictures may be required to qualify. will not accept full returns on any products due to missing, defective or damaged parts. Instead, we will ship the part to you free of charge right away.

To order replacement parts, please contact Please contact our customer service team for free replacement qualifications and we will strive to rectify any situation you are having with a part right away. We understand how frustrating it can be to have a part not assembling correctly and this is why we make sure to have this clause here so we can work together to quickly find a solution.



 U.S. Polymers Inc. will send a replacement part free of charge, in the event of material defects and or workmanship for a period of 15 years from the date of purchase.

This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. A purchase receipt or other proof of date of original purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered. In no event shall we pay the cost of flooring, labor installation or any other costs related.

This warranty only covers failures due to defects in material or workmanship which occurs during normal use and does not extend to color change arising due to normal weathering or to damage resulting from misuse or neglect, commercial use, failure to follow assembly instructions and the owner's manual (including proper anchoring of the shed), painting, forces of nature and other causes which is beyond our control.

We reserve the right to discontinue or change components. If a component has been discontinued or is not available, U.S. Polymers Inc. reserves the right to substitute a component of equal quality as may be compatible.

Limited and Exclusions.

There are no express warranties except as listed above. The warrantor shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product, or arising out of any breach of this warranty. All express warranties are limited to the warranty period set forth above. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
