Delivery and Return Policy

RETURNS

All of our products are backed by our "Satisfaction Guaranteed" policy and many are also backed with the manufacturers warranty. If you wish to return a product for any reason, just call for instructions.

 We will gladly give you a refund minus a 35% restocking fee on the merchandise. (Sorry, we do not refund shipping charges and you will be expected to pay the return shipping charge in most cases.) Just call 1.800.746.4126 toll free and our Customer Service Representative will give you an Return Goods authorization number to place on your returned package before the carrier picks it up to take back to the distribution point

DELIVERY PROCESS

Your order is shipped within 96 hours of your order placement.  Once shipped, you will get a phone call for a delivery appointment within 5  to 10 days.  Your shed will be delivered via motor freight, as it is too big for the U.S. Postal Service or UPS.  Shipping cover delivery to the doorstep or driveway of a residence or business.  

Charges to do not cover delivery to the second floor or to the backyard, if you would like an inside delivery or a delivery to a residence with stairs please call customer service to arrange for this optional service.

RECEIPT PROCESS

While the driver is delivering your freight, please make sure to inspect the freight for any visible damage to the cartons, if you see any torn areas, please look inside to make sure the damage is superficial only and not on any shed parts.  If you see some visible damage that seems that quite a few parts are affected you can refuse the shipment and make a note on the bill of lading that it was due to damage.  If there is just a couple of parts affected you can accept the shipment, but make sure that you mark the bill of lading “ damaged, will inform after total inspection”.  Once you have opened the carton you can call the 800 number on your installation manual and they will UPS you the new parts at not cost to you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Durasheds has partnered with a trusted third-party company, GlobalShopex.com, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply add any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the “international checkout” option. The items will automatically be transferred to the GlobalShopex cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantee delivery.
