I purchased a fold-down wall mounted heavy duty table for my garage. It arrived in less than acceptable condition, almost certainly from the poor packaging (coming from an overseas manufacturing facility. So why 5 stars? Because they have world class customer service. I contacted them (including photos) about the condition of the product and my thoughts about needed packaging improvements. They immediately sent a new replacement at no cost to me with priority shipping and here’s the kicker: they listened to me. They notified the manufacturer of my complaints about the packaging and have taken steps to improve the issue, especially for those products where more care is required for shipping. What more can a consumer ask? 5 stars, A++
