It arrived last Friday June 21, 2024. We were just finishing up on the 13x30 slab it will be built on. A floor drain was put in the concrete floor so when wet vehicles some into the shed the water from snow or rain will run out. We didn't find the instructions to put this together so we are waiting on that so we can get started on the shed.
Very impressed with the frame, I think it might be stronger than my house’s lol. The instructions could be a little better, other than that I’m happy I went with this company.
Overall I’m very happy with the garage and its ease of construction. I built the building by myself on an existing slab. I worked slowly doing one or two operations and then stopped and studied the instructions carefully. There are no written instructions, just drawings. However, I found the drawings to be accurate and by following them the construction was easy.
The pre drilled holes were all where they were supposed to be and the parts went together as shown.
One suggestion :
The screws included are all Philips head sheet metal screws and machine screws. Most are about 1/2” in length. It would have been so much easier to assemble if they used hex head screws so a socket could be used to tighten them…they work, but are somewhat frustrating to drive with a standard Philips bit.
The finished product is very sturdy and looks great. It will be perfect as a storage area for my garden tools and inflatable boat and accessories.
