The shed itself is nice, you do need to buy plywood for the flooring which I missed in my purchase. I went with this shed because there was a promotion to get a free deck box and that made me purchase here versus with through another retailer. When the shed arrived on the pallet, it looked like the deck box was missing but the driver said it might be inside something else and to call the delivery company if it is not. After unpacking no deck box, and I called the delivery company and opened a ticket and was promised a call back after calling a few times. Nothing. I emailed the customer service at Durasheds, nothing. At this point I have given up, glad I didn't have an issue with a damaged part, it feels like a company that is selling inventory off with no long term plans to be in business. Buyer beware
