The DuraMax 4' x 10' SideMate Plus is designed for long, narrow outdoor spaces where a conventional backyard shed would be too deep. Its extended lean-to layout provides approximately 220 cu. ft. of storage capacity, including usable volume beneath the sloped roof, while requiring only about 4 feet of width.
The usable interior measures approximately 45.6" W x 123.3" D, providing 39.1 sq. ft. of interior floor area. Exterior dimensions are approximately 48.1" W x 126.3" D x 73.6" H, with an external footprint of approximately 42.2 sq. ft.
The approximately 29.8" W x 61.8" H reversible side door can be installed on either side during assembly, helping you position the entrance around your home, fence line, gate, or walkway. Two vents help promote airflow, while reinforced structural components add strength. The included galvanized foundation framing kit helps establish a square installation base; finished plywood or concrete flooring is supplied separately.
